What are team members?

Team members are people that can log into your account and do things (like create incidents, update component statuses, and other management functions) to update your status page.

Talk to me more about these notifications?

People who visit your page will have the option to opt-in to be notified when you update your status page in the future. This will allow them to be proactively notified when you're having issues, and will help you to avoid getting flooded by support tickets during downtime.

I'm 1 or 2 over the metrics or user limits, can I get a special plan?

At this time, we aren't doing custom plans since they become pretty tough to manage over the long run of a company.

Which single sign-on services do you integrate with?

Technically, single sign-on can work with any IDP that is SAML 2.0 compliant -- this includes services like Okta, Ping Identity, OneLogin, and Bitium.

What is Individual Viewer Credentials?
