We have now completed our scheduled maintenance. Accounts are now accessible and normal sending can continue.

Any scheduled campaigns, automated emails, or transactional emails using the SMTP gateway that would have triggered during the time of the maintenance will now be sent.

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 24, 2017 PDT.

Our service will be offline starting at 9:00 pm PDT on Saturday, June 24 ( see your timezone here ). We expect to be offline for approximately 1 hour.

During this time, you will not be able to log in, create or send email campaigns and the API will be unavailable. Any scheduled or automated emails will be delayed until the maintenance window is over. Transactional emails using the SMTP gateway will be queued and sent when the application is back online. Transactional emails via the API will not be sent. Some campaign links may be affected during the maintenance window. We recommend that users plan accordingly and avoid critical campaign sends around this time.
