The payment gateway (a third party provider we use to securely take payments) is currently down and not accepting payments. Many customers needing to pay for a campaign or plan or add a new credit card to their account will see an error.

Campaign Monitor is offline for all customers while we make some big backend improvements to improve speed and reliability. We expect the process to take 4 hours in total.During this outage any scheduled campaigns will be paused but campaigns you have already sent out will continue to work fine. New accounts are susceptible to a problem with the subscribe button plug-in. Subscribers not being added to their lists despite the button reporting a successful result.Subscribe buttons in accounts created prior to that date are operating without any issue as far as we are aware.
