Campaign Monitor currently unavailable for all customers
All systems are operating well, and the situation has been resolved. Customers could not login or use their accounts during the interruption, but existing email campaigns, lists and reports were not affected.

Slight delay in transactional emails
We're now totally up to date with the delayed processing of some transactional email sends from earlier. All our systems continue to run smoothly and all data has been safely recorded. Thank you!

Transactional emails not sending
The backlog of transactional email has now been sent successfully and all current transactional email is sending normal once again. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and the team will look at ways to mitigate this issue from happening again.

Problems switching between clients
Earlier today many customers were unable to login. We've restored access to accounts now but some customers are still being incorrectly switched between their client accounts when changing tabs. We apologise for this delay and we're continuing to work on a complete fix for the issue.
Reporting data may be delayed
We are currently seeing some delays in reporting data being added to accounts. No data has been lost but some customers may notice that data isn't showing up in reports for campaigns they've just sent. You may also see delays in subscribers being added to lists.
Reporting data may be delayed
Opens and clicks in your campaigns are being recorded but are showing up in your reports more slowly. Once the issue is resolved the reports will update and accurately reflect all your campaign activity. You may also see delays in new subscribers being added to lists. No data has been lost it is just delayed showing up in the app.
Campaign reports and new subscribers are delayed
We are currently experiencing delays in report information appearing within accounts. Also there are a number of accounts experiencing delays in new subscribers appearing within their lists. Please note: No data is lost at all it's just taking a little longer than normal for everything to appear.
Intermittent issues with Campaign Monitor
We do seem to be experiencing some intermittent issues at present and you may see the occasional error when using the application. Also campaign reports are delayed so if you've recently sent a campaign and aren't seeing any statistics they will update soon.

Tracking and reports is delayed
Hey folks looks like we are having delays in our reports and tracking at the moment so you may not be showing any opens or other reports on campaigns sent. Campaigns *are* being sent to your subscribers (this has been tested) you will just not see any reporting at the moment.
Campaign Monitor offline
We're doing some important maintenance work to make sure we can keep everything running smoothly for you. During this window your account will be inaccessible but all previously sent campaigns will work normally.
List and campaign reporting delayed
We're currently experiencing a delay in processing of list and campaign reporting data so some customers may not see recent activity on their campaign and list reports. No data has been lost however and it will display as normal once the issue is resolved.
Some customers unable to use Campaign Monitor
Some customers are seeing timeouts and connection errors throughout Campaign Monitor due to a problem with one of our databases. We're investigating right now and will keep you up to date.
Some customers unable to pay for campaigns
We're currently experiencing issues with our payment gateway so when processing campaign payments monthly plans or updating/saving credit card details some customers may see a 'Processor not available' message.
Campaigns are not sending
Some customers will see their campaigns sending at 0% with no access to view the report or it will be sending very slowly.
Reports are slow
Our open/click tracking is delayed however no data is being lost.
Campaign Monitor unavailable
Customers will not be able to login or use Campaign Monitor due to unexpected high loads. We're continuing to investigate and will update here regularly.
Delays in sending email
At present we are experiencing delays in sending email which is affecting both campaign and previews. The cause is a knock on from the mail server issue earlier today.
Some mail servers not currently sending
We're currently experiencing issues with some of our sending servers which will temporarily prevent some test emails campaign emails and autoresponders from being sent.
Data for reports and lists are delayed
You may currently have noticed reports with missing data and lists with missing subscribers. Currently we have a backlog of data which is slowly being processed through to the right reports/lists. We apologize for the inconvenience!
