We're now totally up to date with the delayed processing of some API calls that resulted from our earlier incident. All our systems continue to run smoothly and all data has been safely recorded.

The delayed API actions are catching up and we continue to process the backlog. As a reminder, no data has been lost and all other systems are running smoothly. We'll keep you updated when we've caught up.

We continue to work through some delayed API actions (for example subscribers added via that API), and we will update you here once we've completely caught up. All other systems are on time and running smoothly.

All reports and subscriber signups are caught up and current. There are still some API calls delayed and we are continuing to process those.
Feb 4, 11:45 AEDT
Users may continue to see delays in subscriber sign ups, opens, clicks, and other subscriber actions. We have processed through a majority of the backlogged events and should be all caught up in less than an hour.
Feb 4, 10:59 AEDT
Transactional previews are all caught up: users should no longer see error messages when viewing previews.
Opens, link clicks, and other subscriber actions are still delayed, as are new subscriber signups.
Feb 4, 09:21 AEDT
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Feb 4, 08:28 AEDT
Transactional emails are now sending normally. Users will still see errors in transactional previews, as they are still processing., but recipients will not see an error in the emails they receive.
Feb 4, 08:16 AEDT
At this time, transactional emails are delayed and will be sent as soon as possible. Users may see an error message when trying to preview transactional emails in an account but sent emails will be delivered and recipients will not see an error message.
Additionally, there is a delay in reporting: opens, unsubscribes and other subscriber actions will not show up immediately but are still being recorded; no data is being lost. Users may also see a delay with subscribers signing up to lists via subscribe forms. Again, no data is being lost and we are processing them as quickly as possible.
