Our engineers have resolved the problem, segments are now updating normally. Any automated journey emails not triggered during this time, will now have been sent.

We are investigating reports of problems creating and updating segments. This is effecting new segments when created in the application and updates of existing segments.
This may effect automated journeys that are triggered when a subscriber is added to a segment, those automated journeys may be delayed until the segment updates.
Our engineers are working on this now and will have this fixed as soon as possible.
