We have currently taken payments offline until the issue with the payment gateway can be resolved. This is a result of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) incident against Dyn, a major DNS host. We are doing everything we can on our end to help resolve this. Since the incident is targeted at a broader DNS host we are limited in what we're able to restore. In addition to payment issues, you may also be unable to import campaigns from the web (i.e. https://help.campaignmonitor.com/topic.aspx?t=2

We are experiencing payment issues as a result of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) incident. Our engineering team is working to fix this. The incident is isolated and is not directed at Campaign Monitor specifically and will not affect any customer accounts.
