Monitoring - Email sending has been restored. Campaigns, workflows and transactional emails are sending again. No emails have been lost but some will be delayed as we work through the backlog. Campaign reports will be up to date in about 2h. Our engineers are currently monitoring the situation.

Update - Our engineers are still working on correcting the issue and email sending remains paused. Campaigns which have been scheduled to send around this time, will go out when service is fully restored. We'll provide an ETA on a resolution as soon as we know more.

Update - Our team are investigating errors appearing intermittently for customers across Campaign Monitor. While we work to identify and correct the issue, we’ve paused sending for campaigns, workflows and transactional emails.

Customers can continue to work on their campaigns, and changes will be safely saved until full service is restored. We’ll provide regular updates here as the situation progresses.

Update - Users may continue to see delays in subscriber sign ups, opens, clicks, and other subscriber actions. We have processed through a majority of the backlogged events and should be all caught up in less than an hour.

Identified - Transactional emails are now sending normally. Users will still see errors in transactional previews, as they are still processing., but recipients will not see an error in the emails they receive.

Investigating - At this time, transactional emails are delayed and will be sent as soon as possible. Users may see an error message when trying to preview transactional emails in an account but sent emails will be delivered and recipients will not see an error message.

Additionally, there is a delay in reporting: opens, unsubscribes and other subscriber actions will not show up immediately but are still being recorded; no data is being lost. Users may also see a delay with subscribers signing up to lists via subscribe forms. Again, no data is being lost and we are processing them as quickly as possible.
